Classic Caprese salad presented as fun and easy-to-eat skewers.

Ingredients
- Cherry Tomatoes: 1 pint
- Fresh Mozarella Balls: 8 oz
- Fresh Basil Leaves: 1 bunch
↳ Dressing
- Balsamic Glaze: 2 tbsp (for drizzling)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 1 tbsp (optional)
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
Preparation Steps
- Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball onto small skewers.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Arrange skewers on a platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and optionally, a little olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper just before serving.
Notes
Use vegan mozzarella alternative for a vegan version.
