Dressing

  • Olive Oil: 1/3 cup
  • Balsamic Vinegar: 3 tbsp
  • Poppy Seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Maple Syrup: 1 tbsp (or sugar to taste)

  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine baby spinach, sliced strawberries, red onion, and candied pecans.
