  • Dried Oregano: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. Arrange tomato slices and red onion on a platter or in a bowl.
  2. If using, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and oregano.
  4. Drizzle dressing over the tomatoes and onions.
